Join us for our third Under the Hard Hat, Lessons Learned with ACI Young Professionals. This live conversation series and podcast initiative is designed to create a legacy of learning by capturing the real-world insights of experienced construction leaders and sharing them with the next generation.

Each event in the series features candid, experience-driven conversations that explore career journeys, pivotal lessons, leadership philosophies, and the advice our guests wish they had received earlier in their careers. These conversations not only inspire those in the room, but are also recorded and released as podcast episodes on streaming platforms, extending their impact far beyond the event itself. This is a special Women in Construction edition featuring a dynamic panel of women leaders shaping our industry:
